When am I billed?
Pro is $9.99/month, billed at checkout and then once a month. There is no separate free trial — the Free plan already gives you unlimited lookups across all public databases, so you can evaluate GenoLens fully before deciding to upgrade.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage your subscription from your dashboard at any time. If you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Who handles billing and tax?
Lemon Squeezy LLC is the merchant of record for all GenoLens subscriptions. They handle EU VAT, US sales tax, invoices, and refunds globally. Your invoice will say "Lemon Squeezy LLC" — that is normal.
What does 'For Research Use Only' mean?
GenoLens aggregates data from public databases for research and educational purposes. The Evidence Strength Score and AI reports reflect the strength of public-database evidence and are NOT clinical recommendations. Always verify with primary sources and ACMG/AMP guidelines.
Do you offer institutional plans?
Yes. We offer custom plans for academic labs, hospitals, and clinical genomics teams with shared workspaces, batch analysis, and a service-level agreement. Contact us to discuss.
Is GenoLens HIPAA-compliant?
GenoLens does not process PHI (we look up public-database identifiers like rsIDs, not patient identifiers). For HIPAA-aligned institutional deployment, contact us about an Enterprise plan.
